ADEC has provided consultancy services for more than 15 Hospitals and healthcare centers with approximately 311000 m² total area, 1550 beds serving one million people.
Our services include the preparation of concept and detailed architectural design, Interior design, landscape, structural, electrical, telecommunication and mechanical designs, medical planning, medical equipment, tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities, as well as construction supervision.
ADEC has provided consultancy services for more than 35 Public & Administrative buildings with approximately 110000 m² total area.

With approximately 445000 m² total area served 150000 students all over Jordan, our services include the site selection, concept and detailed architectural design, Interior design, landscape, structural, electrical, telecommunication and mechanical designs, Renewable energy emphasis, Furnishing, tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities, maintenance as well as construction supervision.
ADEC has prepared studies, design and tender documents and supervision and management of the implementation of several complexes and industrial buildings with a number of more than 30 sites total area of 100,000 m 2.
ADEC has provided consultancy services for several Urban Planning projects including (Downtown development/Amman, Rehabilitation of Al Aqaba port/Aqaba and Royal urban village/Zarqa)
ADEC has provided consultancy services for a number of industrial plants with approximately 213 million JOD construction cost.

ADEC had a wide range experience in infrastructure specially in Water and Wastewater sectors. Arab Dar provides its consultancy services (Design and Supervision) for more than 120 projects (Networks, Pump Station, Reservoirs, Irrigation, Force main, Trunk Line, Treatment Plant)
ADEC carried out environmental studies and the impact of projects on the elements of the environment which is air , water, Rare Plants ,Location, Biodiversity, Noise, Public Safety and the impact of implementation of these projects on the environment and the allowance of applying different projects with no impact on environmental elements.
