Project Description:
The project consists of maintenance works and rehabilitation of the old palace of justice to be occupied by the Court of Cassation, consisting of four floors with a total area of (4000) m², as follows: -
Basement floor with an area of (375) m² including rooms for electrical services, a server room, and stores.
ground floor with an area of about (1150) m² including the main entrance, offices, records, accounting, judges' offices, technical office, meeting room, library, private entrance for the president of the court, toilets and buffet.
First floor with an area of (1150) m² including (23) Judges offices, follow-up office, control room, toilets and buffet.
Second floor includes elevator room, an electric generator, and an electric room.
