In the Building Sector ADEC services include the preparation of concept and detailed architectural design, Interior design, landscape, structural, electrical, telecommunication and mechanical designs, medical planning, medical equipment, tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities, as well as construction supervision. ADEC has provided consultancy services for more than 15 Hospitals and healthcare centers with approximately 311000 m² total area, 1550 beds serving one million people.

Public & Administrative Buildings

has provided consultancy services for more than 35 Public & Administrative buildings with approximately 110000 m² total area.

educational facilities

has provided consultancy services for more than 20 College facilities for 5 Governmental Universities, and more than 168 Schools, Academy and kindergarten and Disabilities Persons Facilities. With approximately 445000 m² total area served 150000 students all over Jordan.

ADEC has designed more than 35 commercial centers with total built-up areas of 225,000 m²

Industrail Plants
